Based on the characteristic that air conditioning systems operate under partial load for most of time, puts forward an adjustment scheme, raising chilled water temperature when operate under partial load. Calculation and analysis results of an example shows that the comfort requirement could be met and the economic benefit is remarkable for comfort air conditioning systems. When the load rate is 60%, adopting chilled water of 13.6 ℃ can save 13.3% of energy compared with adopting that of 7 ℃ required by design.
